Resting on the comfortable settee you may hear the news of your country or watch favourite programme on satellite TV. When needed, the settee can be turned into a 160 cm wide bed.	This is a stylish small kitchen - refrigerator is integrated in the furniture; coffee machine, tea pot, microwave oven, dishes.	A spacious 24 sq m bedroom with 180 cm wide bed, TV set and a closet is at your service. A wardrobe is in front of the door.

The house is surrounded by fruit trees, grass-plots and lagoon wavelets are 50 metres away. Until center of the city – 3 minutes, to reach the sea takes 15 minutes.	Trough a big 9 sq m hall you get into a cosy backyard or you may rent two other apartments – INFO N107 and INFO N108.	A massage bath is at your disposal waiting for you to let you have pleasant feelings and health. WC and bath are shared. Hairdryer available.

The “Green” apartment is available for rent close to the centre of Nida. Curonian Lagoon is just 50-60 m away and a pine - forest is near the house (20-30 m away).

At a time 2(+2) persons can stay here. In the apartment you will find everything you may need for your rest (refrigerator, tea pot, coffee machine, microwave oven, dishes, satellite TV). Each room has air-conditioners, TV sets. Water is filtered through industrial filters and is very clean.

There is a terrace with furniture.
