We offer you to spend your summer holidays at a totally reconstructed 2 - room flat (55 m 2 –for 2+2 people). The flat is located in the second stair on the second floor of the four-store block of flats and there are only three flats occupying all the four floors in one stair. The entrance into our stair is coded which is safe to keep bicycles and other sport equipment. The house is in central part of Nida next to the post office, Catholic Church. There are two car parks in the yards at both sides of the house.

There is all necessary new high-quality kitchenware in the kitchen-dining room (7, 5 m2) to cook your meals: electric cooker, electric oven, refrigerator-freezer, electric kettle, microwave oven, cutlery and crockery.

There is a TV set, wide double bed with dressers, soft set and commode in the first bedroom (15 m2 – for 2 people).

A second bedroom (15 m2 – for 2 people) with a TV set in the section, soft set which can be transformed into double bed, table with chairs and ironing equipment.

There is a shower together with a bath, washbasin, automatic washing machine and WC in the bathroom (6,5 m2).

A spacious entrance hall leads to bedrooms, dining room - kitchen and bathroom. You will find furniture for clothes and shoes, mirrors as well as hall stand for your clothes. You will find the things necessary for household as vacuum cleaner, brooms etc. in the other wardrobe with mirror door.

We fully provide our guests with bedding, towels and other things.

There is a lighted parking space next to the house.

It is about 1200m far to the sea, 30 m. to the nearest shop, café (It is possible to order breakfast or lunch there) and 250 m. to the lagoon. There is a post office, chemists, hospital and emergency opposite the house.

If you book in advance for more than 10 days you will get a discount of 5% for all the stay time.

You can cancel your booking free of charge 1, 5 month before the time of your stay.

Your stay time is as follows: the first booked day 2:00 p.m. till the last day 12 a.m.
