Spend your holidays or weekends in a lovely 3 rooms apartment in Juodkrante. The apartment is located on the second floor of an 8 apartments building. The apartment has two bedrooms, living–room with an entrance to a big open balcony overlooking the Curonian Lagoon, kitchen, separate bathroom and WC. In the apartment you will find everything you need for your stay: refrigerator, electric stove,microwave, kettle, washing machine, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. There is a TV in the living–room, bedding and towels in the bedrooms. There is a parking lot near the building and a locked room for your bicycles.
The flat is located in the centre of Juodkrante, Ievos Kalno street, close to a pinewood. You can also rent another apartment set in the attic of the same building, INFO Nr. 04090 or an apartment in a different building in the same street, INFO Nr. 04080 if they are available.
Su gyvūnais (augintiniais) neapgyvendiname.
Apgyvendinimas nepritaikytas neįgaliesiems.
Šalia namų yra automobilių parkavimo vieta.

In the transfer document please indicate your name, surname, chosën period of time and apartment‘s INFO Nr. 04100
If the booking is cancelled a month before the arrival date, the deposit is repaid.
Check–in time: 3pm. Check–out time: 12pm.
Payment is upfront: by transfer to the tenant‘s account just before the arrival or in cash on the arrival date.
The apartment tenant has the right to charge additional payment if more people arrive to the apartment than it was agreed upon the booking.
The apartment tenant has the right to claim a compensation for any damages made.
During your stay time please do not move any furniture around, inform the apartment tenant about any damages made, do not use grill in the balcony, use towels and bedding for its purpose.
